I had an extra special experience in Ha Long. Brilliant room with view of sea from the window. The hotel restaurant was good with delicious cuisine.

i really enjoyed the place due to very good staff and rooms. the rooms with balcony on upper deck, uninterrupted views of halong bay, as example. it was luxurious as advertised!
